Privacy Policy

FreeLLMAPI is operated by Neu Software LLC ("we", "us"). This policy describes what we collect when you use freellmapi.co and the FreeLLMAPI Premium catalog service, and what we do with it. The short version: the router runs on your machine, your AI traffic never touches our servers, and we keep only what a purchase requires.

Your AI traffic is not our business

The FreeLLMAPI router (desktop app, web dashboard, or self-hosted server) runs entirely on your own hardware. Your prompts, completions, and provider API keys are stored and processed locally on your device and are sent only to the AI providers you configure. They are never transmitted to, stored by, or visible to Neu Software LLC.

What we collect

Purchase records. When you buy Premium we store the email address from checkout, your license key, the plan you bought, and its billing status, together with Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. We need these to issue your key, answer "is this key valid", and handle cancellations and refunds.
License activity. When an app activates or refreshes a license key we record a last-seen timestamp for that key. Catalog downloads are served by tier and are not logged per user beyond standard short-lived server logs.
Server logs. Our catalog server and hosting providers keep routine technical logs (IP address, user agent, request path) for security and debugging. These are rotated on a short schedule and are not used for profiling.

What we do not collect

No payment card details: payment is processed by Stripe, and card numbers never reach our systems.
No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, and no cookies on this website.
No prompts, completions, model outputs, or provider API keys, ever.

Who we share data with

We use a small set of processors, strictly to run the service:

Stripe (payments and billing portal)
Resend (transactional email: your license key, billing notices)
Cloudflare (website hosting and DNS)
Oracle Cloud (catalog and license server hosting)

We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Purchase and license records are kept for as long as the license can be active, plus what tax and accounting law requires. Routine server logs are kept for days, not months.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@freellmapi.co from your checkout address. Note that deleting an active purchase record also deactivates its license key.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update this page and adjust the effective date above. Significant changes affecting paid customers are announced by email.
